Their ridiculous attempt to legitimize their Spam efforts:
"DNC is a notification processor established to provide domain registrants with updates and information that could potentialy [sic] affect their online presence."

1) Constant repeated Spams offering the 'Dot US" version of existing domain names or fraudulantly warning you of potential loss of domains when you had no prior relationship with them (using an "official" looking notice).

2) Publishing garbage ad click Spam web pages on domain names of suckers who took them up on their Spam email offers.

3) Likely illegally offering legal advice on Spam websites:

Interestingly, the same telephone number and private mail box address from domain name registration-related Spam is found to be the LEGAL OFFICES OF AN ANONYMOUS TEAM OF INERNATIONAL LAWYERS who tell you right on their home page(s) not to pay your traffic tickets (Canada and the United States). I wonder if these legal geniuses realize it is now illegal to misrepresent themselves with the term "Suite" in their business address, when they are really using a private mailbox as a front for their business.

How cool would it be to have former Attorney General of the United States Edwin Meese (center) representing you in traffic court over a seatbelt violation..? What are Toronto Traffic Ticket Dot Com's fees for his services? Travel costs?

 

Their Spam-friendly Web Host is Name-Services.com who is just another ad-click Spam page publisher. This business does not even have a website; they use the same Spam web page format as published on all their worthless hosted pages. Their ads are for other registrars and web hosts so obviously they don't offer those services. This implies that they are the true owner of all the Spam pages hosted on their servers (dns1.name-services.com) and using their own domain names for Spam profits.

It is hard to distinguish between these two entities. Perhaps they are the same. Perhaps one is a client of the other, or they share the same webmaster... in any case, neither appears to be a legitimate anything. It would not be in your interest to call an 800 number since they now all have caller ID capabilities that can not be blocked by your phone's *82/*86 functions or permanent caller ID blocking; and why would you ever send an email to a Spammer or totally anonymous website?

Blame ICANN and other Internet conglomerates for allowing falsified Email headers to function in the first place; and blame ICANN for allowing Spammers and frauds to conceal their identity and contact data now that all the legitimate businesses have already published theirs during the early years of the Internet when it was illegal to publish incorrect ownership information in domain name registrations.

 

 

WEB KARMA: There is a great deal of satisfaction derived from posting click ads that derive revenues from the domain names and relevant contact and other data of the very same Web Leeches that are stealing from all of us.
